Privacy policy
An invitation holds personal things: names, photos and a guest list. Here is what we keep, who can see it, and how to have it deleted.
1. What we keep
From the customer: name, WhatsApp number, email (if given), and the invitation's content: the hosts' names, events, photos, music, story, and the chosen world and outfits.
From the invitation: the guest list (names, and WhatsApp numbers if you import them), RSVP answers, and the wishes guests send.
Payments: the package, amount, status, and the receipt photo if you pay by manual transfer. For online payments, card or account details are handled by the payment provider and we do not store them.
Technical: the IP address at free-trial sign-up, only to limit abuse.
2. Who can see it
Invitations are not indexed by search engines and are not in our sitemap. Only people who receive the link can open it, including anyone it is forwarded to, so share the link with care.
A draft can only be seen by the customer through their secret link. The guest list, RSVPs and wishes are visible only to the customer and to our admin who runs the service.
A guest who sends an RSVP or a wish includes the name they typed; the customer can read the wishes.
3. What the data is used for
Only to run your invitation: showing it to guests, collecting RSVPs, confirming payments, and helping when you contact us. Your data is never sold and not used for advertising.
This site runs no advertising or third-party tracking scripts. We only count visits as daily totals: the page opened, where the visit came from (for example Instagram or WhatsApp), device type, language, and the number of unique visitors. No cookies. For unique visitors, the IP address and browser are turned into a random code that is deleted when the day ends, so a person cannot be followed from one day to the next and we do not store IP addresses. Browsers that send Do Not Track are not counted. Counts of invitation openings are numbers only, with no names of hosts or guests.
One more thing you should know: fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google to fetch them.
We use only the cookies we need: your language choice, and the sign-in session for customers and admin.
4. Other parties
Online payments are processed by a payment provider (currently Duitku) and are subject to its policy. WhatsApp messages are sent through your own WhatsApp app.
Our admin receives order notifications through Telegram (customer name, package and amount; no phone numbers or invitation content).
We do not share your data with anyone else, unless the law requires it.
5. Deleting your data
You can ask us to delete the invitation with its photos, guest list and RSVPs at any time: contact us and tell us the invitation's link. You can also ask for a copy of your data.
Backup copies may still hold data until a newer backup replaces them.
A rights holder who finds their content used without permission can report it, see the Terms of service.
